Nitrile O-rings are a versatile and cost-effective sealing solution offering a good resistance to oil, fuel and other petroleum based fluids.
Our standard Nitrile grades are sulphur cured and available in hardnesses of 90 and 70 IRHD, covering service temperatures of -30°C to +120°C (peaks up to 140°C)
Nitrile UL 157 approved compounds and EN549 & EN681 gas certified materials are also available from stock.
Gapi produced and compounded, assuring European origin seals with full traceability from our Italian production plants.

Our standard FPM grades are bisphenol cured and available in hardnesses of 75 and 90 shore IRHD; covering service temperatures of -15°C to +200°C (peaks up to 250°C)
FPM EN549 gas certified materials are also available from stock.

Silicone rubber is known for its flexibility and elasticity. A biocompatible material, resistant to weathering, ozone and UV radiation. Silicone maintains its properties when exposed to harsh chemicals or mechanical stresses, providing long-lasting performance, making it suitable for use in chemical processing and pharmaceutical industries.
Our standard Silicone grade is peroxide cured and available in a hardness of 70 shore IRHD; covering service temperatures of -60°C to +200°C
FDA compliant to FDA 21CFR177.2600 available from stock.

PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction, making them suitable for dynamic seals, where minimal friction is required to prevent damage and ensure smooth operation. Broad chemical resistance and FDA compliance make PTFE the suitable choice for use in food and pharmaceutical industries.
Our Virgin PTFE is a hardness of 55 shore D; covering a service temperature of -200°C to +260°C
FDA compliant to FDA 21CFR177.1550 and NSF61, KTW, W270, ACS, WRAS, 3A Sanitary standard, USP Class VI available from stock.

Polyurethane exhibits a high mechanical strength and a high tensile strength under dynamic load making them suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic applications which require a wear resistant seal.
Our cast Polyurethane is a hardness of 94 shore A; covering a service temperature of -35°C to +110°C

Nitrile (NBR) contoured back-up rings, available in a 90 shore IRHD
Back up rings provide additional support, stability and prevent extrusion of O-rings when subjected to high pressure applications.
Back up rings can extend the service life of O-rings, reducing wear and potentially increasing the sealing performance.
Perfluoelastomer O-rings, the material choice for aggressive sealing environments. With exceptional Chemical and Thermal resistance, our FFKM O Rings combine the Sealing Performance of Elastomers with chemical resistance comparable with PTFE.
The GPlast range of products are a suitable alternative to Kalrez®, Chemraz® and Perlast®
With materials ranging from -45°C to +330°C and certifications to USP Class VI, 3A Sanitary, FDA and AED M710 Norsok approved options available.
Vulcanised Cord Rings, also commonly referred to as 'Scarf Jointed O-Rings, Spliced Orings or VulcOrings' are an excellent choice for static axial compression sealing applications where non-standard diameters are required.
We are able to offer Vulcanised Cord Rings in a wide variety of materials, in multiple cross sections, with no upper limits to the inside diameter.
Bespoke and large diameter O-Rings are achievable with no tool costs involved in their production to E1 or E2 tolerances.
Produced to order in materials: NBR, FPM, EPDM, Aflas & Silicone.
