Supplied as rolls, the material is a PTFE Bronze filled in either a Green (TV) or Brown (TM) colour
The tape can be used to replace thermoplastic materials, in a piston or rod application, where the physical properties can give a high performance.
Benefits include parts can be cut from the roll to obtain interchangeable parts, thickness accuracy, low friction and chemical resistance.
